We’re deeply grateful to everyone who supported the Breathing New Life Golf Tournament—our generous sponsors, donors, and golfers.
Because of you, we had an outstanding tournament and exceeded our $40,000 goal to continue our mission of helping those awaiting or recovering from lung transplants—so no one ever has to walk this journey alone. We raised $41,107 from this year’s golf tournament, with a net of $28,114 after expenses.
Funds raised from the tournament will be used to provide critical financial support for our M Health Fairview – UMMC lung transplant patients and caregivers, including medical costs, lodging, travel expenses, and other essential needs.
Breathing New Life is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our organization is comprised entirely of volunteers who are patients or are friends or family members of patients who have had, or are waiting for, lung transplants at M Health Fairview – UMMC. Many of the directors on the Breathing New Life Board are lung transplant recipients and share the desire to give back to the lung transplant community.
